The Loafers Shall Stay

I know we're in the midst of NYFW and excited to see the upcoming fall forecast.  I love following the runways as much as the next girl, even when I know I'll never be much of a wardrobe risk-taker.  However, there is one fall 2012 trend that I plan to continue in to 2013, whether or not Karl Lagerferd says it's okay.  Loafers!  Or, more accurately, "smoking slippers"!  Comfortable, practical for everyday wear, and effortlessly chic- what's not to love?
