Friday's Worthy Links

Hallelujah it's Friday!!

Here's what caught my eye this week around the internet, and what I think you might find interesting for weekend perusal:

-I'm always on the look out for new and innovative hotels to try out, and I recently discovered Oohla Bean Inn & Retreat located in Driftwood, Texas- just outside Austin.  With a decidedly minimalist, organic feel, I'm dying to escape there for a weekend getaway.  5 beautiful suites and 1 master suite surround a dreamy pool (both are pictured above), and the serenity of the Texas Hill Country is calling my name.

-Interior decorator Bailey McCarthy shows off her cozy country home in this month's Country Living magazine, and every detail is so lovely.  I especially love the white and blue check fabric Bailey used to upholster the bed in the master bedroom.  Want to get the look for your own home?  Luckily, Biscuit Home has created a "shop the story" tab on their website!

-Bradley Agather Means of Luella & June is one of my favorite fashion bloggers to follow.  Her outfit from Thursday is to-die-for, and I think she convinced me to purchase this Cynthia Rowley jacquard flutter sleeve top.  The sleeves are so fun!

-I finally got my locks lightened for spring (see my updated look here) by the fabulous Jennifer Stepp at Bella Rinova Salon.  I've been going to see her since I moved to Houston in 2010, and she's one of the most talented color specialists I've met.  She just moved over to this salon from Azur West, and I love the new location in Uptown Park. I always leave Jen feeling like a million bucks!

-Anybody a fan of Tinder??  Well, you might have heard it now costs $10 a month for users over 30!  Ugh!  The Man Repeller wrote a thought-provoking article on this very topic that I loved reading.  Post Grad Problems also wrote a response to this price increase that made me laugh out loud.
