From Wardrobe to Room

This cozy outfit reminds me of all my favorite things about winter fashion- cozy scarfs, oversized sweaters, and high braids and buns.  The varying shades of browns, caramels and beiges create such a calming vibe, and the touches of bright red add an element of playfulness.

I love it when an outfit inspires an interior idea.  When I saw this winter ensemble, I immediately thought of a cozy calming space.  The room would include lots of browns, splashes of red, and an overall home-y vibe.

Don't these rooms look like the perfect hideaway during a wintery week?  Since arriving home late last night from Cabo, I am definitely still in vacation-mode.  Is it Friday, yet? :)

  8. Great rooms to match the outfit! Liking the tribal print sweater! I think I really like it 'cause it's long, like a robe, which probably just adds to the comfort and warmth.
